MY JOURNEY

Hi, I’m Dayna. I graduated with a BA in International Business and a minor in French in 2020, and started my career during COVID working in healthcare, where I worked in high stress environments solving problems and helping patients. I later joined Uber, where I worked across both Eats and Direct and collaborated with teams in eng, finance, ops, and product. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how large businesses scale, and I especially enjoyed building systems that improved onboarding, revenue operations, and collections processes.

In 2025, I took a step away from my career and spent a year traveling throughout Asia and Oceania. Along the way, I volunteered at a dog shelter in Thailand, traveled across China, met people from all walks of life, and even experimented with content creation. That experience reinforced something important about myself, at my core, I connect people. When I returned to SF, I accepted a position as a a Client Partner at Unity. Here, I’ve been able to combine relationship management, strategy, and analytics while learning the ins and outs of ad tech and the mobile gaming industry.
